1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the mb8i platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms and Conditions contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the mb8i platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the mb8i platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Being an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online gambling activities.
• Not being on any active self-exclusion list of any platform or responsible gaming program.
• Having full legal capacity to accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3 Account Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account on the mb8i platform. Owning more than one account by the same individual is strictly prohibited.

As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, you may be asked to provide:

• A valid copy of your national identity card or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months).
• A selfie with your identification document for facial verification.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for the deposit.

Mb8i reserves the right to suspend withdrawal services until the KYC process is fully completed. This is a standard security measure to protect all platform members.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Mb8i supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed via connections protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit:

• Deposits are processed instantly or within a very short timeframe depending on the payment method.
• The minimum deposit amount is stated on the payment page and may vary depending on the selected method.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 working hours once verification is submitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification.
• Mb8i reserves the right to request additional proof before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Any chosen withdrawal method must be consistent with the original deposit method used for the relevant amount.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by mb8i — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special promotions — are subject to the wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Bonus wagering requirements are typically between 20x and 35x the value of the bonus received.
• Each promotion has its own validity period — unused bonuses will expire automatically once the validity period ends.
• Mb8i reserves the right to void bonuses if there is any misuse or breach of the stated conditions.
• Each member may claim each promotion only once unless stated otherwise.

6 Game Rules & Results

All games on the mb8i platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent third-party body, ensuring all game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be manipulated.

• Game results generated by the system are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay that results in an unverifiable outcome, mb8i reserves the right to void the round and refund the wager.
• Wagers that have been placed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the screen display and system records, mb8i's server records will serve as the final reference.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the mb8i platform and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• Using bots, automation software, or any unauthorized tools to play or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game results.
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities with malicious intent.
• Owning or using multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Money laundering or processing funds from illegal activities through the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Sharing your account with another individual or allowing third parties to access your account.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Mb8i reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Suspicious activity suggesting fraud or money laundering.
• Voluntary account closure request by the member.
• Self-exclusion requested by a member through the responsible gaming program.

If your account is closed at your own initiative or for compliance reasons, any valid balance will be returned to you once the investigation is complete and withdrawal conditions are met.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond mb8i's control, such as third-party internet infrastructure failures.

• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own failure to protect your login credentials.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by the bank or third-party payment processors.

Mb8i's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited to the platform in the 30 days prior to the claim.
